the first lost tooth

At almost 6 1/2, Celia lost her first tooth yesterday! It had been loose for a few weeks. She has been so excited about her loose teeth, and about the tooth fairy coming. 

She was so happy when the tooth came out, and she wanted to go to bed early so the tooth fairy would come. The tooth fairy left her four quarters. Now a second bottom tooth is very loose, so soon she will have a big gap! Loosing baby teeth hadn't really been on my radar as a big milestone, but it has turned out to be quite a big deal both for Celia and for us.
