winter wonderland

We've had just enough snow to make things look pretty in the last couple days. On Tuesday it snowed lightly all day. Celia went to school, and Henry and I had a nice relaxing day together.

My sweet babies. They sit with their blankies in the morning, in matching pajamas,
and watch a show while they eat.

Henry is being such a 2-year-old boy these days. He is definitely different than Celia was. Yesterday he kept climbing up on things he shouldn't, and then calling me in a taunting, sing-song voice: "Mooommy, come heeeere! Look at meeee!" Haha. He's so naughty.

We went outside and walked around in the snow. He loved that.

After Celia got home, we did some sledding as it got dark before dinner. And again, their cuteness. It slays me.

Narnia. The lamp post.

This was our road this morning. Can't get much more pretty than that.

We've had the wood stove working overtime. This morning there were still hot embers when I got up, so I got it going again right away. We are so spoiled by how toasty warm it is!

Tonight I took Celia to a big Christmas display called Millis Wonderland. It's a bit of a drive for us, and sometimes there are long waits to drive through, but we hit it just right. The wait was short, and we really had fun. There are all kinds of lights and displays, and you drive through in your car to look at everything.

These two were my favorites:

Now Celia expects me to show her crazy Christmas lights every night.
