april fool's day

Thanks so much for all the nice comments you guys have been leaving. I've wanted to respond to them all, but it's a lot and things are a little crazy. I loved hearing from you and I promise to get back to commenting when I visit you too. I'm still reading but haven't always had the time to comment lately.

I couldn't publicize my April Fool's prank on Chris until now because it involves Number Two! I wasn't planning to do anything for April Fool's Day, but the idea for this just popped into my head that morning and I went with it. I had no idea if he would fall for it or not. I sent Blub this email:



The pooping pants part was good, right? That made it believable. He didn't reply to my email right away, so I texted him and this happened:


He fell for it!! But I couldn't let him get too excited since I had no actual proof we were having twins. I felt a little guilty for getting him so excited about it.


Hee hee! Now the joke would really be on me if we actually ended up having twins in there. I really would poop my pants, and that's hard for a constipated pregnant lady (y'all are used to me providing way too much information about poop, right?). Don't think I could handle twins!

    Um when I read April Fools I was like um Sara sweetie this is May LOL you just fooled me in May with the title! LOL what a great April Fool's Day prank bahahhahaha he fooled you back by being so excited and giddy about it LOL...what a great hubs....ok so the poop your pants part totally sealed the deal LOL

    That's too funny. I'm suprised he wasn't more freaked out, especially having experience with one newnorn already.

    You're so tiny, the belly has nowhere to hide. You probably could fool people into thinking it's twins. That's not a bad thing though! I'd rather be all belly. Plus you skipped right over the stage of "is she?, or did she just have too many cheeseburgers?" You look great.

    Wow congratulations!!! I haven't been on here for a bit so this is news to me.

    The cool thing about his response is that he was really excited so if by chance you were you would have a very supportive husband. That makes for one lucky wife either way!

    Having twins scares me SO MUCH. It wouldn't have scaerd me as much if they were the first time around, but the 2nd time around?! geeesh.
