anniversary

Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. I'm still sick, but Chris and I did get out for a few hours in the afternoon for lunch and then stopped to have coffee and just hang out and talk.

 By the time we got home my fever was back up and I had to take a nap! It was still a nice anniversary, just being able to spend some time having fun together.

I also felt pretty good yesterday morning, so Celia and I played outside for a while before my parents came to visit.

That's about it for now. Everything you'll see online about hand-foot-mouth disease is that it's very rare and mild in adults. Either those statements are big, fat lies or I am an exception because this is not fun. Luckily Chris could take the day off and he's staying home to help me with Celia. Anyway, with any luck I'll be better in a few days.
