Just a few Friday Favorites today... When one is two and a half, every season brings new and exciting things. So often these days, I have the pleasure of watching Celia's little face light up with joy as she sees or does something different. Life is a magical thing.
Snow
The first snow was last night. It's just a dusting and us grown-ups aren't so excited about it, but somebody was. A little girl stood at the window last night, marveling at the falling snow. She ran back there this morning to check. "It's still snowy!" She ran to find her rain boots, since we haven't gotten snow clothes yet.
I've never seen anyone so excited about a dusting of snow.
Little Girls in Costumes
We have a busy day with two Halloween parties today. This is the first year Celia really understands and enjoys Halloween-related things, and she loves to play dress-up.
The Fabulousness of the Birthday Suit
Celia and I often take showers together. Every time we get her clothes all off she stands in the middle of the bathroom, holds her arms up, and gleefully exclaims "I'm naked!" If I looked that cute in my birthday suit, I'd probably be pretty happy about it too :)

Oh I just love this post Sarah! The excitement in our little one's eyes when they see things like snow, etc. is just amazing and as if we are living our childhood over again thru their little eyes! I love making snow ice cream with Kelcee, have you ever made it? Yum... I love that color blue on Celia she is so beautiful and that color makes her eyes pop...hahahah that she went and got her boots...she was ready for some fun...love her costume...and again that color blue is to cute...she is just presh....hahahahhah about her loving being nude...Kelcee does too we call her the streak because after bathtime she does one nudey run around the house giggling the whole time...eeer I guess like you said if I looked that cute nude I would happy dance around the house too lol

Sums
Love these pictures! We get pretty excited about snow here - because it is so rare. My niece loved nothing more than running through the house naked, fresh out of the bath tub, with only a little dusting powder on. Sweet memories. :)
