summer solstice

We didn't have specific plans for today and I wanted to do something fun with Pita this morning. We went to visit my work. She was interested that it was a school and she asked if she could go on a school bus :). Of course she was extremely shy whenever there were other people around. I hope she gets over the shyness soon because she's so darn cute and funny when she's talkative! I organized and packed up my office a little, and Celia had a snack and looked at all the toys.

We got home around lunch time and it's a beautiful day. We had lunch outside and stayed out until it was time to get ready for her nap. It'll be so much fun to have a whole yard to play in a week from now.

Time to do just a little packing. We really are in good shape, and there won't be much to do besides last minute things the day we move. The sellers are still doing annoying little things, apparently just to make us want to buy their house as little as possible. In this market? If they were smart they'd be kissing our feet. They've been so unaccommodating that we have to actually clarify that they will not be at the house during our final walk through, since last time we had an appointment they wouldn't let us in. I can't wait for them to move out of there!
