I was finally able to sleep last night. No more tickly throat! Celia slept until almost 7:30 this morning, so I had time to make blueberry oat muffins for her breakfast. She ate an entire muffin and asked for more, which was quite a victory since she often won't eat anything at all. I love when I can get her to eat something really nutritious for breakfast, because it's guaranteed that she's at least gotten one good meal in for the day.
When Celia first got up, the phone was ringing downstairs. It was a message from Blub's work, and Celia remembered that she had an important call to make too.
By the way, it's now mandatory to wear fish glasses when making phone calls.
We went to Pita's music class, and came home to play and have lunch. Celia always gets a stamp on her hand at the end of music class, and today it was a maraca. Except Celia thought it was a toilet! She kept talking about toilets on the way home and I finally figured out she was talking about her stamp! So funny. After lunch Celia was very busy taking care of one of her dolls and wanted to do everything herself. Knowing where I wasn't wanted, I took the opportunity to clean the kitchen and scrub the floor. Celia took her doll for a stroller ride and fed her lunch in the highchair.
And then she and her doll both went up for a nap! I'm getting the last of the laundry done and maybe I can rest for a while. I still haven't recovered from those two nights of poor sleep.
Oh no sorry to hear you have a cold, I have a viral infection in my chest from being outside for like 15 minutes my immune system is shot....ugggg hope you feel better soon!!
