record setter

We had a record setting 90 degree day today. I realize that for my southern readers, 90 degrees isn't very impressive. It's never been done in April up here. As soon as we got home this afternoon, I filled up a few containers and we went outside for some impromptu water play.

One bowl of water kept Celia busy for about 25 minutes. I can't wait to see how much she'll love playing in a little pool this summer! And, I got her the cutest little bathing suit last weekend. There is nothing cuter than summery little girl clothes.

Oh gosh, looking at this picture I want to squeeze those little elephant legs :)

Ever since she started this major teething, Celia constantly wants her binkie. She never had any interest in a pacifier until about a month ago. I think we have to make a rule that she only gets the binkie in the crib. Can't wait to break that news to her...

Chris came home late after golfing and played with Celia before her bedtime while I got a short workout in. I really need to step things up with my workouts if I want to see results. Now that it stays light later there's no excuse. So, on nights Chris puts Celia to bed I'm going to start exercising if I haven't found time during the day. I also need to get moving on the diet changes I talked about recently.

Not much to report today, really. Soon I hope to have time to write about some different topics.
